HOW IT WORKS

INQUIRE

Fill out the custom order inquiry form with your event details, product selections, quantities, color preferences, and any inspiration photos you'd like me to reference. The more information you provide, the better I can bring your vision to life. Quotes are typically sent within 1 business day. Once you approve your quote and submit payment, I'll begin creating your custom design.

DESIGN

Once you approve your quote, I'll create a custom digital mock-up based on your ideas and inspiration. You'll have the opportunity to review the design and request any revisions before moving forward.

APPROVAL & PAYMENT

After you approve your final mock-up, payment is collected to reserve your production slot. Once payment is received, your order officially moves into production.

PRODUCTION

Once your mock-up has been approved and payment has been received, your order moves into production. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, as every order is custom-made and carefully crafted to ensure the highest quality.

Need your order sooner? Rush production may be available for select orders for an additional rush fee. If you have a specific deadline, please include it in your inquiry, and I'll do my best to accommodate your timeline.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been completed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.
