CUSTOM DESIGN & MOCK-UPS

Every order includes a complimentary custom digital mock-up based on the information and inspiration you provide.
Minor revisions are included to ensure you're happy with your design before production begins.
Once a mock-up has been approved, additional design changes may be subject to a revision fee.
Production will not begin until your final mock-up has been approved and payment has been received.

DESIGN AND CONTENT POLICY

At Customs by Kens, I love creating fun, personalized products for every occasion. To ensure my products reflect the values of my business, I reserve the right to decline or modify designs that contain content I am not comfortable producing.

I do not print designs that include:

Explicit sexual content or highly graphic language
Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive messages
Harassment, bullying, or threatening language
Illegal or inappropriate content
Copyrighted or trademarked designs that you do not own or have permission to use

Some playful or humorous sayings may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsure whether your design qualifies, feel free to ask before placing your order.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks after mock-up approval and payment.
If you have a specific event date, please include it in your inquiry form.
Rush production may be available for select orders for an additional rush fee.
Shipping time is separate from production time and varies based on your location and shipping method.

SHIPPING

Orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Customs By Kens is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier after your package has been shipped.

ORDER POLICY

Due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final.
Please carefully review your digital mock-up before approving it, as Customs By Kens is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Colors may vary slightly between digital proofs and the final printed product due to differences in screen settings and printing materials.

CANCELATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled before design work has begun.
Once design work has started, cancellation fees may apply.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
